About the role:
As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will be the face of BMGI for prospective clients — guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to committed patient. You'll drive revenue by promoting our premium medical and aesthetic services, building lasting relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals. This is a target-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives on performance and client connection.
What you'll do:
- Drive sales of premium medical and aesthetic services to new and existing clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and provide personalized consultations.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client and partner relationships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral channels.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of sales experience — medical tourism or healthcare background is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Italian, Spanish, or German is a strong plus.
